Job Summary
Field Specialist II - Tubular Services responsible for planning, preparing and executing tubular running operations in offshore and onshore well projects. Lead rig pre-job meetings, supervise tubular running jobs, Power Tong and SALVO operations, and ensure compliance with HSE procedures. Collaborate with clients and subcontractors, operate and assemble hydraulic power units and tooling, verify equipment readiness, perform functional tests, and complete detailed job reports. Strong emphasis on safety, communication, and coordinating with the Operations Coordinator and Company Representative. Flexible, shift-based, on-site work with customers at Macaé, Brazil; English preferred but not mandatory; completed technical degree and solid Tubular Services experience are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Completed technical degree
- Ability to work and communicate well with others
- Solid experience and knowledge of Tubular Services
- Experience in operations with 13% chromium tubes in wells (desirable)
- English is preferable but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to manage with clients
- Willingness to offshore travel and work on-site with customers
- Ability to lead pre-job meetings and supervise tubular running operations
- Familiarity with hydraulic Power Tong, SALVO systems, and related equipment
- Ability to document tasks and produce comprehensive job reports
- Adaptability to shift-based patterns and on-site customer environments
