Field Specialist II - Thru Tubing Services

Job Summary
Plan, supervise, and execute complex thru-tubing operations in onshore and offshore environments, providing technical leadership on tool selection, BHA design, and hydraulic simulations. Lead field crews through mobilization, rig-up, job execution, troubleshooting, and demobilization while reviewing job programs, risk assessments, and equipment readiness. Troubleshoot operational challenges to minimize non-productive time and prepare accurate operational reports and service documentation. Serve as the primary customer contact, mentor junior personnel, and ensure compliance with QHSE standards and industry regulations. Requires 5–8 years of experience in thru-tubing well intervention, extensive travel (75%+), and a degree in Engineering or Petroleum Technology.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Petroleum Technology, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in thru-tubing well intervention operations (Rig Site)
- Proven experience supervising and executing interventions using coiled tubing, drill pipe, and production tubing
- Hands-on experience in fishing, milling, cleanout, cutting, completion intervention, and wellbore remediation operations
- Experience planning and executing complex onshore and offshore intervention projects
- Good understanding of hydraulic simulation tools, well control practices, QHSE requirements, and risk management processes
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work independently at customer locations
- Willingness to travel extensively (75% or greater), including domestic and international assignments
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant Well Intervention, Coiled Tubing, Thru Tubing, or Oilfield Services certifications preferred
