Field Specialist IGT (all genders) – Region Baden Württemberg

Field Specialist responsible for repair and installation of medical technology systems in IGT, performing remote repairs, field change orders, and cross-system fault analysis. Focused on customer satisfaction, clear communication, proactive escalation management, and close collaboration with internal/external partners. Conducts technical briefings during installations, coordinates small projects (e.g., relocations, upgrades), and independently resolves IT/network issues. Ensures complete documentation per Philips quality criteria, reports safety-related deficiencies, and complies with relevant processes. Acts as a medical devices advisor under applicable regulations and interfaces with regulatory authorities as needed. Requires external site experience, strong medical technology knowledge, excellent communication, customer management, teamwork, high flexibility, regional mobility and travel readiness (>70%), including weekend work and 24/7 on-call. Proficient IT and network skills, good MS Office, and solid documentation capabilities. Experience in radiology settings and radiation protection knowledge are advantageous.
