Field Specialist I - Liner Hangers

Job Summary
Conduct daily operations, safety meetings, and job hazard analyses while maintaining equipment and work areas in safe conditions. Monitor data to recommend services, perform job planning, tool preparation, and mobilization, and submit all required reports and logs for client invoicing. Available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs, test and operate tools per work instructions, and manage inventory at the well site. Contribute to equipment failure investigations, lead crew members, and perform engineering checks including hand calculations and software updates. Requires 0–1 years of Oil & Gas experience, domestic and international travel up to 75%, and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- 0 – 1 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- High School Diploma
- Fundamentals of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics
- Mathematics
- Basic Physics and Chemistry
- Computer fundamentals
- Critical thinking, active learning & listening, complex problem solving
- Good reading and writing skills, strong judgment, and decision-making to be in line with policies & procedures
- Time management
- Quality Control Analysis to ensure the product meets required standards
- Service Orientation
- Physically capable of undertaking the tasks required to perform the role
- Information & task ordering & ability to identify when a problem may occur and, where possible, to understand the solution
- Ability to react effectively and efficiently in operating tools and machinery
- Ability to imagine how tools and products will look when preparing for assembly, repair, or modifications
- Mathematical Reasoning
- Travel Requirement: This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to: 50-75%
Desired Qualifications
- Technical Certificate from accredited Technical/Vocational School Preferred
