Job Summary
Field Specialist supporting data collection for market and opinion research, including coordinating telephone, web, intercept surveys and focus groups; program and test survey questionnaires in Qualtrics and CATI systems; generate demographic reports; clean and prep survey respondent lists using Excel and R; monitor vendor performance and communicate with vendors and internal teams; flexible, full-time role with evening/weekend hours in the Pacific Time zone.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree, Bachelor's degree or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database management tools
- Self-motivated, data-focused problem solver
- Interest in public policy, politics, campaigns or non-profit advocacy
