Job Summary
Monitor equipment performance data to optimize wells and facilities, maximize free cash flow, and ensure safe, compliant operations. Perform equipment surveillance, operate machinery, manage process controls, and execute maintenance repairs while capturing work activities using digital tools. Collaborate with team leaders, complete handoff communications, and partner with IOC to prioritize tasks. Maintain regulatory requirements, conduct risk assessments, and drive well and facility optimization to reduce downtime. Complete other duties assigned by the Operations Supervisor. This role requires 95% field time and 5% desk time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft, SAP)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of safety requirements and practices
