Job Summary
Field Solutions Sales Manager responsible for driving new sales in the Permian, Eagle Ford, and/or Delaware basins through on-site visits to oil and gas facilities. Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers using a solutions-based approach to promote Cimarron field solutions (production optimization, emissions control, real-time data monitoring, visual automation, preventative maintenance plans, rentals, parts, refurbishments). Generate leads, close deals, expand market penetration, and collaborate with sales, service, engineering, and operations teams. Conduct site walkdowns, maintain CRM records, and develop pricing packages and proposals. Require strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the oil and gas industry
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas upstream or midstream sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Residency: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to visit customer sites
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Physical Requirements: Ability to spend extended periods driving... and PPE compliance
- Industry Knowledge: Oil and gas production processes, including production optimization, emissions control, field equipment
- Connections: Established network of professional relationships in oil and gas
- Independence: Ability to work independently
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience: 3-5 years in field-based sales or technical solutions
