Job Summary
Field Solutions Sales Manager responsible for developing and managing customer relationships across the Permian, Eagle Ford, and/or Delaware basins. Responsibilities include on-site visits to oil and gas production facilities and compressor stations, needs assessment using solutions-based selling, promoting Cimarron field solutions (production optimization, emissions control, real-time data monitoring, visual automation, preventative maintenance plans, rentals, parts, refurbishments), generating new leads, achieving sales targets, expanding market penetration, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop scopes of work, proposals, and pricing packages, and staying current on product applications and competitive activities. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, ability to work independently in a field-based environment, and a network within the oil and gas industry; residency in the assigned territory and willingness to travel are required.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the oil and gas industry
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas upstream or midstream sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market
- Residency: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to visit customer sites
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Driver’s License: Valid driver ’s license and reliable transportation
