Field Solutions Architect

Field Solutions Architect leads regional workload strategy and business growth for storage workloads across APJ, acting as the regional technical and business leader to drive strategy, execution, and measurable impact. Partners with Sales, SE, partner organizations, and Marketing to shape go-to-market plans, identify growth opportunities through TAM/whitespace analysis, and translate insights into actionable plans that drive pipeline, bookings, and workload adoption. Demonstrates deep expertise in enterprise storage (File, Object, Block) and analytics/HPC, mentors SEs, and produces solution collateral, demos, blogs, webinars, and other thought leadership. Responsibilities include owning a regional Workload Business Plan, coordinating cross-functional GTM activities, account strategy integration, and representing the workload in industry events. Requires high motivation, the ability to work independently, and a strong track record of technical wins and customer outcomes. Must be fluent in English and hold an advanced degree; 15+ years of storage/infrastructure experience with at least 5 years in selling File solutions is expected. Preferred qualifications include experience selling complex technical solutions and familiarity with high-performance storage technologies, databases, HPC, EDA, and MLOps use cases. The role emphasizes collaboration across sales, alliance, and marketing, and a commitment to inclusive teamwork.
