Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–4 Field Marketing Representatives to drive sales and lead generation through event marketing, community outreach, B2B prospecting, and residential canvassing. Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on NECOA products and services; manage event execution (setup/teardown, transportation, inventory); track team performance and implement strategies to improve results; ensure a positive customer experience and professional brand representation; travel throughout the Austin market to support events and sales initiatives. Role requires hands-on leadership, field participation, and collaboration with leadership on staffing, scheduling, and territory strategy. This position offers annual compensation in the range of $90K-$100K with base salary around $70K plus commissions/bonuses, plus benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail sales, event sales, field marketing, or event marketing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
- Experience driving sales results through direct customer engagement and lead generation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a company event vehicle or van
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Austin area
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
