Job Summary
Investigate and analyze complex, multi-discipline coverage and claims referred to the special investigation unit for potential fraud, handling attorney-represented and unrepresented cases with suspicious activity. Conduct thorough investigations including background searches, scene inspections, recorded statements, witness interviews, and surveillance to determine if fraud can be substantiated. Review investigations with fraud outcomes to validate denial appropriateness, update files with investigation results, and summarize documents into claim system notes. Utilize analytic tools to identify complex claims and research customer communications regarding conflicts or issues.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States
