Job Summary
Field Service Technician based out of Leeton or Wagga Wagga (NSW) to diagnose and repair printers, copiers, scanners, and multifunction devices on client sites. Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, remote and phone support, routine maintenance, and installations of printers and related software. Requires travel to client locations, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. Knowledge of print device connectivity and basic IT issues is preferred; relevant certifications or vocational training in electronics/computer systems are a plus. Pre-employment checks including National Police Check and Working with Children Check will be conducted. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Field Service or technical support role
- A valid Class C driver's license
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- The ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Willingness to undertake regular travel and work in different locations
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check (Victoria and NSW)
