Job Summary
Coordinate daily work assignments, oversee field and warehouse activities, and manage accurate on-site inventory while leading and conducting training on Baxter portfolio products and services. Safely operate a fleet vehicle ranging from cargo vans to 26,000-pound trucks, perform complex repairs on medical products, and execute routine cleaning and maintenance procedures. Visually, audibly, and manually inspect Baxter products for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or cosmetic problems requiring adjustment or repair. Complete all required safety and compliance learning modules and medical testing on a timely basis. Requires a valid driver's license, DOT physical card, and ability to lift up to 65 pounds. Schedule flexibility and on-call rotation apply.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company standards and state requirements
- Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT physical card
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Applicable technical or trade school training
- 3+ years working with medical devices/FDA regulated products in a hands-on environment
- Adapts to new technologies and comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Schedule flexibility/on-call
