Field Services Supervisor - Permian

Supervise, mentor, and support field service technicians while leading by example in technical execution and professional conduct. Coordinate and oversee field service activities, including installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure proper system installation and commissioning. Review and approve service reports, maintenance logs, and field documentation for accuracy and completeness while ensuring compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Manage team scheduling, time reporting, and expense tracking, serving as the primary point of contact for the sales group to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction. Requires 10 years of field service experience in ESP systems and prior leadership experience.
