Job Summary
Supervise field services personnel on customer sites to resolve product quality and reliability complaints efficiently. Direct and monitor Field Service Representatives, assigning tasks, reviewing progress, and providing training. Investigate building product conditions during construction stages and recommend repairs or replacements. Negotiate third-party adjustments and inspect completed work for adherence to quality standards. Plan and pace daily work to meet productivity goals while maintaining safety procedures. Perform representative duties as a Field Service Representative when necessary. Requires Truss Technician Training Levels I and II certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- five (5) years installation or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Truss Technician Training Levels I and II certification
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of company products, production processes and quality standards
- Knowledge of company product pricing, discount and estimating formulas and guidelines
- Knowledge of business mathematics
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and on occasion up to 80 pounds
