Job Summary
Conduct scheduled and random visits to healthcare facilities and contracted providers to verify service levels, driver adherence, and on-time performance. Assist in scheduling field work, track train-the-trainer certifications, and evaluate trainer compliance with CTAA/NSC standards. Communicate findings to leadership to support action plans and oversee training curriculum. Assist with network digitization, platform utilization, and market initiatives while maintaining high-quality transportation services. Occasional business travel and 75% local travel required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle type
- Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Basic knowledge of local road laws and regulations
- Ability to read and follow maps and/or GPS navigation
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver prescribed training content
- Ability to understand and follow complex instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness and ability to travel locally at least 75% within the assigned state
- Ability to safely use a hands-free mobile phone
