Job Summary
Field Services Representative in the Cleveland, Ohio area responsible for supporting Medline ReNewal’s reprocessing program. Responsibilities include visiting facilities on a regular schedule to collect devices, packing devices in shipping containers using proper techniques, coordinating shipments, updating container location records, supporting in-service sessions, conducting facility rounds to address staff questions, and ensuring program supplies remain stocked. Role requires 100% local travel within greater Cleveland, with duties centered on hands-on packing/shipping, coordination with the Account Manager, and proactive customer service to maintain and grow the program.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred
- Ability to travel locally 100% of the time around Cleveland, Ohio
- A current valid driver’s license
- Vehicle insurance
- Clean driving record
- Able to be credentialed at the highest level in order to gain admittance to all required rooms within each designated facility
- Good communication skills, especially on a verbal level
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-initiative and dependability to reliably perform the job in an independent setting
