Job Summary
Field Services Representative will support the Medline ReNewal program by packing and shipping designated medical devices, visiting facilities on a regular schedule, coordinating container shipments with proper handling, updating location records, and assisting with in-service sessions. The role requires 100% local travel across the greater Los Angeles area, including Burbank and Glendale, with a focus on delivering prompt service and maintaining program supplies while building relationships with facility staff. The position emphasizes independent work, strong communication, organization, and adherence to safety/shipping procedures, with a starting hourly salary in the mid‐$40k range and benefits for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred
- Ability to travel locally 100% of the time around greater Los Angeles
- A current valid driver’s license
- Vehicle insurance
- Clean driving record
- Ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facility
- Credentialed at the highest level in order to gain admittance to all required rooms within each designated facility
- Good communication skills, especially on a verbal level
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-initiative and dependability
