Job Summary
Field Services Representative I Install at Builders FirstSource performs on-site investigations of customer-reported workmanship and product issues, recommends repairs or replacements per service guidelines, negotiates third-party adjustments, and inspects completed work for quality. The role plans workflow to meet daily and project goals, adheres to safety procedures, and may be assigned additional duties. Requires knowledge of BFS products, pricing and estimating guidelines, attention to detail, basic math, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ERP system.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent; on-the-job training provided
- Valid Driver’s License
