Job Summary
Field Services Representative I installs and services building materials at customer sites, investigates condition of workmanship and products, reports findings to Customer Service, and recommends replacement or repair of defective products. The role involves inspecting work for quality, coordinating or approving third-party repairs, planning daily work to meet productivity goals, and adhering to safety procedures. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and strong communication/interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; knowledge of company products; ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work at customer locations; on-the-job training provided in an entry-level position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an ERP program
- Knowledge of company products
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds on occasion
- Ability to work at customer sites and in varying environments
