Field Services Representative (FSR)

Respond to user requests for motion Geospatial Intelligence systems supporting Intelligence Community and Department of Defense clients. Troubleshoot reported issues with the analysis software platform and identify potential solutions to ensure successful mission execution. Provide technical and user engagement support duties to ensure successful execution of program objectives. Apply domain knowledge and problem-solving skills as the first point of contact for operational sustainment.
