Job Summary
Visit customer job sites to inspect building products and workmanship at various stages of construction. Investigate customer concerns and identify effective solutions to service and product issues. Recommend repairs or replacements based on company guidelines, quality standards, and cost-effective practices. Coordinate with and approve third-party repair providers when needed. Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality expectations are met. Manage your schedule and workload to meet daily, weekly, and project-related goals. This role involves a mix of office and field work, including travel to construction sites with varying weather conditions, walking on uneven terrain, and lifting up to 80 pounds. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply with on-the-job training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Travel to customer and company job sites throughout the workday
- Walk on uneven terrain and active construction sites safely and confidently
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds
- Complete our pre-employment drug testing process, which includes marijuana
