Job Summary
Provide safety leadership to Tremco CPG field employees and ensure compliance with corporate and client safety standards. Conduct site safety audits and process evaluations, enforce safety regulations, and assist in developing site-specific safety programs. Educate staff and leadership on safety initiatives, manage incident investigations, and report results to the Director of Health and Safety. A minimum of 30 Hr. OSHA Training is required, with a willingness to complete 500 Hr. OSHA Training. Candidates must possess a recognized Occupational Health and Safety qualification and have significant experience in the field.
Required Qualifications
- An Occupational Health and Safety Degree, Diploma, or Nationally Recognized Safety Certification or Designation is a mandatory requirement.
- Minimum 8 years of Health and Safety field experience that includes strong skills in incident investigation.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in the building maintenance and/or general construction safety industries strongly preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Safety Certifications are a plus.
