Job Summary
Field Services Manager responsible for serving as the primary operational liaison between ATSI, the client, and partner leadership teams across Quebec, ensuring strong client alignment and high-quality service delivery. Oversee the overall quality of field work, manage program performance using SLA metrics, ensure ongoing technical and procedural training for technicians, lead safety compliance including field safety audits per Aecon’s HSE requirements, and drive a collaborative, inclusive culture. Lead and coach partner teams in product-recommendation practices, support sales initiatives across Quebec, and travel locally as required to coordinate across client programs and installations.
