Job Summary
Field Services Engineer responsible for leading customer engagements, delivering on-site demonstrations and training, integrating SFS software/hardware into customer systems, diagnosing complex technical issues, and coordinating with Sales and Engineering to ensure high customer satisfaction. Requires 5+ years of relevant experience, engineering background, DoD/government exposure, ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance, and willingness to travel domestically (~30%). Will perform field activities including installation, testing, maintenance, and system integration, and provide feedback to engineering for design improvements while training end-users and internal staff.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of prior relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance (Secret) required
- Ability to travel domestically as needed (30%)
- Experience interfacing with government organizations and DoD contractors preferred
