Field Services Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate field service activities across project rollouts and break-fix service, managing technician scheduling, dispatch, rescheduling, and execution tracking to ensure completion per contracted SLAs and operational standards. Act as the primary communication link between service providers, technicians, internal teams, and customers for both new site rollouts and issue resolution. Maintain accurate dashboards and monitor provider performance metrics to support high on-time completion rates and strong milestone performance. Work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, balancing customer satisfaction with operational constraints while utilizing service management systems and ticketing platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in field services, dispatch, service coordination, project/installation coordination, or operational support roles
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to balance customer satisfaction with operational constraints
- Experience working with service management systems, dispatch tools, ticketing platforms, and operational dashboards
- Familiarity with SLAs, project milestone tracking, field operations metrics, and provider performance management
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
