Field Services Coordinator, SPD Services

Job Summary
Coordinate field service activities and operational support for SPD services across the United States. Manage scheduling of SPD service jobs and maintenance visits, create/update/tracking of service activities and work orders in Salesforce, track replacement items and inventory, coordinate replenishment and parts delivery, ensure materials are available for scheduled work, and verify timely completion of work orders. Maintain daily schedules for field service technicians, communicate with sales reps, customers, technicians, and managers via phone and/or email, and arrange travel for service technicians as needed. This role supports the Chem-Aqua SPD Services team with customer service, dispatch, and field service coordination while maintaining organized documentation and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in service customer service, dispatch, or field service coordination
- Ability to learn and maintain multiple software systems
- Salesforce experience is preferred, with the ability to manage service activities, scheduling, and work order tracking
- Service scheduling and coordination experience is preferred; experience supporting multiple field technicians and service vehicles daily is a plus
- Experience tracking inventory, replacement items, parts ordering, and work order completion is preferred
- Highly polished phone and in-person presence, with the ability to problem solve on the fly
- Candidate must be very flexible, organized, able to manage multiple projects and able to work with all levels of staff
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
