Field Services Coordinator (Part-Time, 14-Month FTC)

Schedule all work orders in line with SLA and customer requirements, continuously refining the scheduling board to maximize efficiency and productivity. Conduct pre-calls with customers prior to dispatching technicians and verify work order summaries are complete and accurate before scheduling. Manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements for site visits, liaising with external health and safety consultants as needed. Monitor SLA reports to ensure timely completion, record failed visits, and update work orders where appropriate. Perform post-work checks to confirm completion, collect customer feedback, and escalate concerns to the Field Services Manager. This part-time role supports UK Connect's mission to enable digital transformation in the UK construction sector through advanced wireless connectivity and IoT solutions.
