Job Summary
Field Services Business Development Manager based in Allentown, PA focusing on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, meeting revenue targets, leveraging CRM to track activities, negotiating pricing and contract terms, coordinating with internal sales teams and local branches to maximize revenue and service delivery, and ensuring adherence to health and safety practices across hazardous waste remediation, tank cleaning, and emergency response services.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including account management and business development
- Experience meeting revenue targets or quotas in sales or account management roles
- Experience in Field Services or Industrial Services
- Background resolving customer issues related to RCRA, DOT, CERCLA, environmental remediation, emergency response, or industrial high-pressure cleaning
- Experience using software to track and manage accounts, opportunities, and sales activities
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to travel as needed for customer and site visits (mostly day trips)
