Job Summary
Respond to all assigned service calls professionally while performing maintenance and emergency repairs on Vertiv's Thermal Management products and contracted systems. Maintain accurate customer listings, close tasks in Oracle Mobile Field Service daily, and create reports via the FieldDB system. Keep scheduling teams informed of schedule changes and job statuses while ensuring planned maintenance completion rates meet the 90% minimum. Take an active role in the callout rota and report sales or service leads through the correct process. Maintain company vehicle standards and protect all issued tooling.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 1 & 2, or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- City and Guilds 2078 or 2079 in Refrigerant Safe Handling
- Subscribed to ACRIB
- Clean valid driving license
- 90% time travel needed
