Job Summary
Field Service VII - Power: Senior Field Service Engineer with a bachelor’s in electrical engineering to perform commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and analysis of UPS systems and related electrical equipment in data centers. Lead on-site service, prepare incident reports and RCA documentation, coordinate with regional teams, support system replacements and enhancements, develop standard operating procedures and sales toolkits, maintain thorough service documentation, and ensure adherence to QA/QC and safety standards. Requires 7+ years of field service experience with UPS/data center power infrastructure; strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills; fluent Thai and English; ability to travel 50-90% and work on-site in Bangkok, Thailand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering; Electrical or related field
- Experience with advanced UPS models and other backup power solutions
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools
- Certifications in UPS maintenance, electrical safety, or similar fields are a plus
