Job Summary
Coordinate and run assigned projects and preventive maintenance plans for UPS, battery, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment while ensuring service delivery is on time and within budget. Maintain customer listing accuracy by reporting issues and establish rapport with customers, salesmen, and distributors through active dialogue with the service direction team. Assist in maintaining a planned maintenance completion rate of at least 90% and manage daily travel to customer sites. This role requires electrical or electronic engineering experience, a valid driving license, and the ability to work post-17:00 hours and weekends at short notice with 75% time travel.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Experience of working in a technical service or test environment of Electrical/Electronic equipment essential UPS preferred or associated industries i.e. Power Electronics
- Previous field service experience
- Clean, Valid driving license
- There will be after hours (post 17:00) and weekend shift requirements, sometimes at short notice
- Daily travel to and from customer sites
- Time Travel Needed: 75%
