Job Summary
Field Service VII - Power UPS Engineer responsible for startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs on Vertiv UPS systems, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment. Also responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent rapport with customers, salesmen, distributors, and service direction teams. Coordinates and runs assigned projects/PMs to ensure high-quality service on time and within budget; maintains customer listings; supports achieving at least 90% planned maintenance completion. Requires Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent; field service experience; PC literacy; driving license; after-hours and weekend shifts; daily travel to customer sites; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to plan, organize, and work under pressure.
