Field Service Truck Technician

Job Summary
As a Field Service Truck Technician, you will perform truck repairs at customer facilities, ensuring safe work environments and accuracy in maintenance and diagnostics. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough failure analyses, maintaining high standards for customer machinery, and effectively communicating repair status. Candidates should have experience with school buses and Cummins engines, be able to work autonomously, and possess strong problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21-years-old or older
- Valid, active driver's license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to clear driver screenings
- Technical Knowledge of School Bus systems
- Strong Diesel Engine Knowledge (preferably Cummins Medium Duty)
- Strong technical/mechanical ability
- Able to work with very little supervision
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- High level of responsiveness
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Technical Degree or Certification
- CDL
