Field Service Technician

Job Summary
Field Service Technician needed to install, repair, troubleshoot and calibrate high-tech machines at customer sites across the service area. You’ll interact with customers and cross-functional service groups, support engineering work related to design, build, and testing, and assist in production/assembly during various stages. Travel 90-100% within the service area, with potential international travel. Requires a practical technical background (high school/GED or tech school/associate/bachelor’s in electronics or industrial mechanics) or military technical training, hands-on experience with hand tools and basic electrical test equipment, Microsoft OS knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work 50+ hours per week. Driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent
- Tech School, associate or bachelor’s degree in electronics, industrial mechanics, or similar technical discipline
- Military technical school training qualifies
- Experience with hand tools and basic electrical test equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted
- Ability to work minimum of 50 hours per week including OT
- Valid Driver's License
