Job Summary
Perform site surveys to evaluate serviceability, diagnose customer problems, and restore functional service. Install new customers with Internet service, configure routers and computers for access, and conduct on-site troubleshooting and equipment recovery. Travel to all service areas and other facilities to complete installations and administrative tasks. Maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring safety and driving standards. This role supports rural communities in west central Texas and the Big Country by delivering reliable internet solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Higher
- Passion for technology
- Professional in dress, speech, and manner
- Think safety
- Valid driver's license with a clear, good driving record and be insurable
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Networking, Installation, VOIP, and/or Linux
- Spanish speaking
- Customer Service experience
- Organization and legible handwriting
