Job Summary
Field Service Technician for P&G Professional in Winnipeg, responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining chemical dispensing equipment and other equipment used in commercial food service or laundry operations. 50% service and 50% selling, with training participation and development of territory alongside distributor representatives. Travel required to cover Manitoba (Winnipeg) and occasional Saskatchewan and North Ontario, with on-call coverage, overtime potential, and a schedule that may include 12-hour shifts, weekends, and night shifts. Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable traveling to accounts; proficient with laptop and mobile technology (Salesforce, Word, Excel). Relocation not offered. Sponsorship for work authorization not available. Location to be served includes Manitoba; relocation within territory may be needed. This role emphasizes customer service and service-sell responsibilities, with training provided and a structured on-call/shift pattern.
