Job Summary
Perform diagnostics, installations or removals on residential and commercial water treatment equipment; operate company vehicle in DOT-compliant manner; communicate equipment status and solutions to customers; ensure timely service orders and assist in receivables; travel to nearby Culligan branches as needed; lift heavy loads; require at least one year of plumbing or maintenance; valid driver's license; high school diploma; face-to-face customer service; ability to work Saturdays/evenings and rotating on-call; DOT physical and drug screen; background check.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of plumbing or maintenance
- Face-to-face customer service
- Able to work Saturdays and evenings if needed
- Able to work a rotating on-call schedule
- DOT physical (at hire and every two years)
- Drug screen
- Background check
- Familiarity with the city area where duties will be performed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
