Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair STERIS medical equipment (Endoscopy, Operating Theatre, and Infection Control) across Western Australia. Deliver on-site, phone, and email customer support; diagnose faults and perform urgent repairs (including after-hours on-call rotation); provide user training and technical guidance; maintain accurate service records and manage spare parts inventory; identify and recommend training needs and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Trade/Technical Certificate or Diploma
- Restricted Electrical License
- Valid driver’s license
- Own vehicle
- Willingness to travel across WA
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
