Requires mechanical/electrical aptitude and ability to lift 50–100 pounds; prior experience with office equipment and brands like Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera, or HP is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting skills

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic networking and computer systems
