Job Summary
Complete service tickets in a designated territory by carrying out assigned tasks and work orders with minimum direct supervision. Document and communicate all changes, problems, and progress to the office team and FOMs while ensuring successful execution based on cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area and utilize proficient computer and mobile phone skills for effective field documentation. Work a flexible schedule including rotational on-call availability, utilizing your own reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement.
