Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues on CNC machinery, then perform post-installation testing to ensure optimal machine performance. Conduct on-site training for customer operators regarding machine function, maintenance, and safety while accurately logging all service activity, diagnostics, parts, and resolutions. Manage a regional travel schedule involving regular overnight stays to support customer sites independently. Requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent military experience, proficiency with PLCs, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Required Qualifications
- 2-year technical degree (mechanical, electrical, or machine tool technology)
