Job Summary
Commission customer-oriented technical support for the Hach equipment portfolio within the "South" region, handling commissioning, inspections, maintenance, and repairs for the entire water and wastewater measurement product line. Travel daily in a company car to visit 1-3 customers per day, providing product enhancement support, installation assistance for test setups, and sales recommendations to extend service contracts. Manage overnight stays at hotels when safe home travel is not possible, averaging 1-2 nights per week. Maintain high customer satisfaction through personal contact and loyalty while working closely with the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Training as an industrial electronics technician / state-certified electrical engineer, specialist for defined activities or as a supply and disposal specialist in the field of waste water
- Class B driving licence
- Willingness to travel on business with overnight stays (depending on your place of residence, you should expect 1-2 overnight stays per week)
- You need to live in the area of Skåne
