Field Service Technician

Conduct commissioning and aftermarket support for industrial and municipal customers, focusing on ultrafiltration and membrane bioreactor systems. Review plant installations against reference drawings, monitor equipment performance, and perform maintenance, calibration, and analytical testing for parameters like turbidity and pH. Execute mechanical, electrical, and process troubleshooting on valves, pumps, and automation hardware while providing informal training and detailed technical reports. Evaluate field installations to recommend design modifications and coordinate operations to optimize machine utilization. Maintain direct communication with project managers and customers, support costing efforts, and participate in team meetings to share best practices. Requires 2+ years of service experience, valid driver's license, and ability to travel 70% of the time across Italy and Europe.
