Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for on-site setup and commissioning of the FUCHS product line, troubleshooting and repair of material handler equipment, and providing on-site technical support and training. Will educate customers on equipment designs, specifications, and operation; document work and prepare field service reports; escalate quality issues to initiate alerts; collaborate with engineers and the training team to develop and deliver training materials and demonstrations; travel up to 75% domestically/internationally as needed; requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to read schematics/engineering drawings, and independent time/resource management. Must be able to interact with customers, dealers, and internal teams, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- 2 years’ experience working knowledge of Electronics, Hydraulics, Engines and Electrical Troubleshooting
- Passport for international travel (ability to obtain if not currently in possession of one)
