Job Summary
Field Service Technician in North Dakota responsible for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of crushing and screening equipment in mining/aggregate environments. Performs preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine service; supports equipment installations, start-ups, and commissioning; completes Pre-Delivery Inspections on new equipment; develops the ability to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and operational issues; collaborates with customers and plant personnel in the field; completes service reports and maintains accurate documentation; opportunities for career growth into senior technician or leadership roles; field-based with frequent travel to customer sites and regional overnight stays. Requires hands-on mechanical experience, willingness to learn, and a valid driver’s license. Exposure to outdoor conditions and heavy equipment in high-production environments.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays
- Basic experience with mechanical systems (aggregate equipment experience preferred but not required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
