Job Summary
Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for Stratasys 3D Printers, including on-site repair visits, installations, and annual preventative maintenance as needed. Run and maintain 3D printers while guiding clients through problem-solving for printer-related issues. Liaise with clients, in-house staff, and partners regarding technical information for Stratasys products. This role requires electro-mechanical repair experience, the ability to access high-security facilities, and strong communication skills. Candidates must be adaptable to a busy environment with a schedule involving 3-4 days of travel per week, including overnight stays, and must possess a valid Real ID-compliant driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experienced in industry or equivalent
- Ability to get into high security facilities
- electro-mechanical repair and troubleshooting experience
- Excellent customer relations ability
- strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
- ability to work in a busy environment and be adaptable to an ever-changing daily/weekly schedule of tasks
- Ability to travel as much as 3-4 days/week including overnight stay on occasion
- self-starter that needs little management oversight to accomplish assigned tasks
- valid driver's license, including a Real ID-compliant license
- successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
