Job Summary
Conduct trim, molding, and drywall services for modular and double-wide homes across North and South Carolina. Perform electrical and water tests on sites using your own truck, tools, and generator. Coordinate assignments with homeowners and Cavco while adhering to provided checklists. Complete service work followed by customer walk-throughs and follow-up calls. Maintain required liability insurance with Cavco listed and ensure all materials are hauled safely. All building materials are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Service technician position is offered as an independent contractor position
- Travel is required in North Carolina and South Carolina area
- Experience in trim/molding and drywall knowledge is a must
- Must have a service box truck or enclosed trailer that can haul 16ft material
- Have your own tools to preform service, including generator
- Have a driver's license and auto insurance in your name or company name
- Carry a 1 million lability insurance policy with Cavco listed on policy
