Job Summary
Plan service work daily by reviewing open calls and prioritizing them by importance. Repair, troubleshoot, and diagnose failures on networked office systems, commercial security solutions, and production equipment. Respond to emergency service calls within four hours and perform quality assurance or preventative maintenance at manufacturer-recommended intervals. Maintain personal inventory and car stock, including spare parts replenished weekly. Keep an electronic file of all work performed with accurate meter readings and comments. Communicate with customers regarding unresolved calls and report all issues immediately to the Service Manager. This role involves traveling throughout the Brooklyn area with a driver's license required.
