Job Summary
Field Service Technician Trainee to support customers and keep operations running smoothly through excellent customer service, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations. Responsibilities include delivering chemicals and supplies, upselling products, managing inventory and daily schedule, cross-training on installations and refurbishing, and participating in an on-call rotation. Requires a valid driver’s license (min. 3 years), mechanical aptitude, hands-on ability with hand tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
